Brae Matthews

Brae Matthews, an Idaho native, grew up in the small town of Meridian, Idaho. She played club volleyball at the nationally renowned, open-level Idaho Crush Volleyball Club. Her experience here allowed Brae to compete at the highest level against some of the best teams in the country. Due to this experience, Brae continues to play volleyball currently as a 6-rotation outside hitter at Dominican University of CA in San Rafael. She has experience playing right side, outside, and DS, giving her a plethora of information to share with the athletes at Breakwater.

Brae is a business major, working towards a degree that can help her achieve her goals. After graduation, Brae plans to travel around the world as much as she can. Once she gets rid of the travel bug, her goal is to start working in real estate.

In her free time, Brae loves hiking, shopping, and making flower arrangements! She is so excited to join the Breakwater team and bring Coastside volleyball to the next level!
